Whenever someone buys something from Lotusland Fine Arts & Crafts, I celebrate. Here I am doing something I love and sharing it with the rest of the world! Who says dreams cannot come true (with hard work and preparation)? Yesterday someone in Chicago ordered a set of notecards featuring this closeup of a violin. I enjoyed carefully packaging the cards, writing a short thank-you note, and mailing them. I feel like I've sent a piece of my soul out into the world to brighten someone's day. That's what I want my life to be about.
